
RingCentral’s telephony tools are the best in the industry, and the Silicon Valley startup needed videos to show them off. We created a uniform series of online pieces showcasing RingCentral’s main products.
A virtual pbx tool that has so many features, can sound more complicated than it really is. Instead of bombarding the consumer with text in graphics, we used real customers, a scripted narration, and simple graphics to show what RingCentral’s telephony products can do.
Since the videos were a “teaching” tool, we selected a host who fit the company’s image – a modern business professional. She anchored the main message while organic soundbites from real customers provided the “emotional” connection. The video sections were produced to stand alone or be viewed back to back creating several chapters within a full story. That way, the company could email or post specific sections, adapt chapters as products evolved, or display the full length video at tradeshows or on a handout DVD.
