MeeVee was a website with a lot of content about tv shows. Think of it like an online tv guide or schedule with countless show clips, actor interviews, and “extra” Hollywood gossip. It had great content, that was difficult to find. So, to fit with the MeeVee brand, we created a snarky weekly webcast highlighting the best of the best stuff on the site.
Sounds easy, but it took a bit of planning. We trained the current web staff in tv production “best practices” : coaching talent, writing scripts, setting up a studio, creating a production workflow, shooting, editing, etc. With our original graphic look and sound, we helped create the first online show of its kind.
After a producing and directing the first few episodes, the MeeVee staff was off and running with these 5-minute web shows that were quite a hit.
